These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 247 Medical Equipment website and the supply of wheelchairs, hospital beds, mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment by us. By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you buy.

About Us

247 Medical Equipment supplies medical and mobility equipment to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, nursing homes and home-care buyers. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean 247 Medical Equipment; “you” means the person or organisation using this website or buying from us.

Enquiries and Quotations

• Submitting an enquiry or quote request is a request for information. It does not create a contract.
• A quotation becomes binding only once we confirm it in writing, and remains valid for the period stated on the quote.
• We may decline or withdraw a quotation where stock, pricing or specifications have changed.

Product Information, Pricing and Availability

We work to keep product specifications, images and pricing accurate and current. Even so, details can change and errors can occur. Images are illustrative and may not show the exact configuration supplied. Prices exclude delivery and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and stock availability is confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of enquiry.

Orders and Payment

• An order is accepted once we issue a written confirmation or invoice.
• Payment terms are set out on the quotation or invoice. Bulk and institutional orders may require advance payment or an approved purchase order.
• Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines given on this website and in quotations are estimates based on stock and destination. We confirm a firm date at the point of order. Where installation, commissioning or staff training is included, this is stated on the quotation. Please check goods on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage promptly so we can resolve it.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty for the period stated on your invoice or quotation. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, and does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, neglect or ordinary wear and tear. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) are available on eligible equipment; the terms of any contract are set out separately.

Returns and Cancellations

Because much of our equipment is supplied to specification or for clinical use, returns are accepted only where agreed in writing. Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once used. Cancellation of a confirmed order may incur charges where goods have been ordered, configured or dispatched.

Safe and Appropriate Use

Medical and mobility equipment must be selected and used appropriately. Product information on this website is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice. Where suitability depends on a patient’s condition, we recommend consulting a qualified clinician, physiotherapist or occupational therapist. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, weight limits and maintenance schedule.

Use of This Website

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• All content, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to 247 Medical Equipment or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
